I was responsible for the benchmark of project portfolio management software at the organizational level to implement Agile at Scale (SAFe) with the support of HQ; responsible for making the shift from JIRA to ClickUp for the Bordeaux studio teams, from proposal to implementation, after conducting a market research on over 50 software; being a servant leader for the “Shop” (UI, UX, GPP, Online) and “Tech” (Engine, 3D, Tools) teams on Rainbow Six Extraction (PS5, XSX, PC); doing Agile coaching based on the Disciplined Agile Toolkit for an unannounced project.
